Continuing to push the envelope on flavors and flavor mashups, La Crosse, Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip is debuting a pink lemonade-flavored Dunker doughnut.

The offering, which debuts early the week of June 23, comes on the heels of the convenience-store chain’s limited-time offer of Urge potato chips that taste like a Blueberry Dunker. In May, Will Churchill, director of category management for Kwik Trip, said of the potato chips: “We wanted this based off a popular item, and after taste-testing a few options, the sweet-and-salty combination of the Blueberry Dunker was a real winner.”

  • Kwik Trip is No. 11 on CSP’s 2024 Top 202 ranking of U.S. convenience-store chains by store count.

This new Dunker limited-time offer “is part of our innovation at the company,” Kwik Trip spokesperson Ben Leibl told CSP. “We aren’t afraid to try new things and introduce new flavors of our products to our guests.”

Kwik Trip, which earlier this month rolled out four new hot sandwiches all containing pepper jack cheese, offered Raspberry Dunkers for a limited time at the start of 2024.

Kwik Trip was recently named the best gas station brand in the United States for the fifth year in a row, according to the 2024 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. The family-owned company serves customers in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. Kwik Trip has about 850 locations and is one of the biggest independently held c-store chains in the country. It produces more than 80% of the products sold in its stores, supplied by its own bakery, commissary, dairy and distribution center.
