In his new role, McPherson will continue overseeing PFG’s three business segments: foodservice, convenience and Vistar, a division focusing on snack, candy and beverage distribution.

Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief field operations officer at PFG.
Throughout his 30-year career at Westlake, Texas-based Core-Mark, which is owned by PFG, McPherson has held numerous leadership positions with the company including senior vice president of business operations and development, president and COO and president and CEO.
Craig Hoskins will now lead the integration efforts of PFG’s two recent acquisitions, Cheney Brothers Inc. and Jose Santiago Inc., to help ensure the company maximizes the strengths of these two organizations across the PFG enterprise, PFG said.
