Convenience-store retailers seeking a boost to their foodservice programs should look back at a successful offering—and do it again.

Rutter’s has done just that by putting Spam products back on its menu for a limited time in a partnership with Hormel Foods, Austin, Minnesota.

The York, Pennsylvania-based convenience-store chain is offering nine food items, including a Spam breakfast bowl and Spam macaroni and cheese.
