There’s a Watermelon Soup with Crab to Pineapple Passion Colada Sorbet. There’s also a Pear Berry Salsa (pictured), about which Foodservice Director wrote, “A great snack to dip, and we’d recommend trying this on a fish taco or skirt steak green salad.”
