CSP sister publication FoodService Director recently reported on “shape-shifting recipes,” including the Easy Sushi Bowls with Mango (pictured).
“The components of sushi (with the genius add-on of sweet mango) take on a refreshing new form as a bowl in this recipe from the National Mango Board,” FoodService Director wrote.
Other offerings include Roasted Jerk Corn and Maple Liege Cannoli Waffle Fries.
