Convenience-store giant 7-Eleven is jumping on the protein trend “in full force,” the Irving, Texas-based convenience-store chain said.

“As customer cravings evolve to incorporate more protein-heavy picks, 7-Eleven is stepping up to meet the moment in a major way,” said the company, which sells more than 62,000 protein drinks daily.

One way 7-Eleven is meeting the moment is by expanding its lineup of on-the-go protein snacks with a wider variety of options like protein packs, fresh protein bars, yogurt and overnight oats.

7-Eleven also has expanded its assortment of protein-packed sandwiches and wraps with recent additions like a chicken sandwich and Johnsonville Dr Pepper Sausage—as well as new and improved boneless wings.
