Want more comfort this summer? Look to macaroni and cheese, which CSP sister publication FoodService Director calls “the ultimate comfort food.”

In a story from July 21, the publication offers five twists on this “classic pasta dish.”

The first is Fried Mac and Cheese Balls (pictured).

“This recipe features breaded and fried mac and cheese balls with a molten cheese center,” FoodService Director writes. “Serve them hot with ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping.”

Other recipes include Idaho Potato Spanish Mac and Cheese and Thai Red Curry Shrimp Mac and Cheese.
