Convenience-store retailers can jazz up their foodservice menus with added variety in a successful program.

QuickChek, Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, is launching two new Italian subs, the Giant Italian and the traditional-style Italian, both available on 6-inch or 12-inch bread and featuring new QuickChek Vinaigrette. 

The Giant Italian, which is part of the New York Giants Sub lineup, includes fresh mozzarella, cherry pepper relish and garlic aioli on fresh-baked bread from Teixeira’s Bakery in New Jersey.
