Fuel and convenience retailer Fuel Mart has opened its first Midwest Taco Company at its Austin, Indiana, location. The Mexican restaurant concept was made in partnership with Core-Mark International, and it features items including breakfast tacos and burritos bowls. 

The restaurant had a soft opening on Sept. 4, and it’s celebrating its grand opening Oct. 27. 

Fuel Mart said that Midwest Taco Company has been in development for two years, and the retail team has been working to perfect each ingredient, sauce and menu item, as well as training new employees in store.
