Make a limited-time offer more enticing, suggests CSP sister publication Restaurant Business

What do these items all have in common? Cheese, which is a good way “to tempt consumers with a limited-time offer,” at least of late, said CSP sister publication Restaurant Business.

In a recent survey by Technomic, the sister research arm of both Restaurant Business and CSP, “eight of the top 10 chain menu items most likely to be purchased feature cheese,” Restaurant Business wrote.

Types of cheeses on menus include cheddar, mozzarella, provolone and Swiss.
