CHICAGO  Brownies, cookies, muffins—good anytime and better when fresh.

Jacksons Food Stores recently unveiled Jacksons Bakehouse, playing up its made-from-scratch goodies and placing them all under this mouth-watering banner.

“Craving some freshly baked favorites without making a mess in your kitchen?!” the Meridian, Idaho-based convenience store asks on its website. “Visit your neighborhood Jacksons and try our new Bakehouse items! We have it all: cookies, brownies and a morning favorite muffin for your commute to work.”

Muffin flavors are blueberry, double chocolate, and lemon poppyseed. Cookie choices are chocolate chip, oatmeal cranberry, and Snickerdoodle.

As for the brownie, Jacksons declares on its website: “Nothing beats the classic taste of a freshly baked brownie.”
