The $6 Meal Deal is back at convenience-store chain Wawa, along with some other menu additions.

The meal deal, available through May 3, includes a Shorti hoagie, built-to-order wrap or crispy or roasted chicken sandwich—plus a small fountain drink and any small bag of Herr’s chips. The Shorti hoagie includes breakfast varieties.

  • Wawa is No. 8 on CSP’s 2026 Top 40 update to the 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count. Watch for the full 2026 Top 202 ranking in June.

Wawa also has added a new sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, available on hoagies, wraps, sandwiches and more, and a banana bread-flavored coffee, available for a limited time, Wawa said.

This is the first time this coffee flavor is available at Wawa, the company said. Wawa described the flavor profile as “warm, freshly baked bread highlighted by sweet, caramelized banana.”

“This spring, customers will also be able to enjoy banana bread handcrafted beverages such as lattes, milkshakes and smoothies,” Wawa said.

The $6 Meal Deal, which began March 23, comes as Wawa on March 22 ended a limited-time offer of all chicken sandwiches for $5. This offer included all crispy and roasted chicken sandwich varieties, which could be customized with various cheeses, spreads, toppings and seasonings.

Elsewhere in meal deals, Irving, Texas-based 7-Eleven currently has a promotion through April 28 featuring a $5 meal deal. This deal is a breakfast combo featuring a breakfast sandwich, waffle tots and a Monster Energy drink.

Wawa, Wawa, Pennsylvania, has about 1,100 locations open in eight states: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina and Alabama, as well as in Washington, D.C.
