Fastrac Markets operatates convenience stores in upstate New York. The East Syracuse, N.Y.-based company was founded through a merger of three companies with a heritage in the upstate New York fuel business: Bull Bros. Inc., Clark’s Petroleum and Glider Oil Co.

All company-owned locations pump unbranded fuel under the Fastrac banner, and 36 locations have diesel fuel. The company supplies branded motor fuels to marketers throughout the state.

Fastrac offers a fuel-based electronic loyalty program. Through a deal with National Payment Card LLC, it has created the Fastrac Gasoline Discount Card, which will allow its members to receive an immediate, at-the-pump 5-cents-per-gallon discount on all gasoline purchases.

In 2014, Fastrac promoted CIO Randy Case to vice president of petroleum to take operational oversight of all the company’s fuel-related business and to manage oversight of various fuel-related relationships and participate in negotiating fuel supply contracts.

The Fastrac fuel brand’s market efficiency of 1.89 places it among the top 20 companies in the Fuels 50 ranking, and it priced its gasoline 0.01 cents per gallon below its market competition in 2016, according to OPIS.
