Atlas Oil Acquires Ro-Di Oil

Enhances company's Indiana footprint, dealer model, extends retail business
TAYLOR, Mich. -- Atlas Oil Co. has successfully completed its acquisition of Ro-Di Oil Co. Inc. of Veedersburg, Ind. Ro-Di Oil distributes approximately 10 million gallons of petroleum products annually in the central Indiana marketplace.

Ro-Di Oil is a privately held company that has been in business for the past 17 years. Ron Hayman, president of Ro-Di Oil, will assist in the transition of the business and customer relationships. His son, R.D. Hayman, has joined the Atlas Oil team as district manager and will be instrumental in driving planned future growth in the region.[image-nocss]
