Crouse Named President of OPW Fueling Components

International petroleum industry vet to head equipment company

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Dover Fluid Management, a division of Dover Corp., said that it has named David Crouse to the position of president of OPW Fueling Components. Crouse has 17 years of experience in the petroleum equipment industry. His experience includes more than 11 years of global sales roles with increasing responsibilities.

Crouse spent 6 years with OPW Fueling Components in various capacities, initially as the vice president of international sales. In this position, he was instrumental in establishing OPW's sales presence and increasing market share in the international markets. [image-nocss] Subsequently, he spent two years as vice president and general manager, of OPW Fueling Component's Dispensing Products and CleanEnergy business units before being promoted to president of OPW Fuel Management Systems, Hodgkins, Ill. Under Crouse 's leadership, OPW Fuel Management Systems improved its performance by implementing Lean Six Sigma principles and a new product development process, the company said.

Later, as president of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, Crouse instituted a systematic approach to strategy development and strategic goal deployment, and launched focused initiatives targeting global expansion and operational excellence.

"David's achievements, global experiences, knowledge of the petroleum equipment industry and familiarity with the OPW Fueling Components business, uniquely qualifies him to be the president of OPW Fueling Components," said S. "Soma" Somasundaram, president of Dover Fluid Management, Cincinnati.

OPW currently has five business units: OPW Fueling Containment Systems Inc., OPW Dispensing Products, OPW Environmental Systems, OPW Fuel Management Systems Inc. and OPW Clean Energy Fueling Products.

OPW Fueling Components provides dispensing products, environmental systems, fuel management systems and clean energy fueling products, including dispensing nozzles for vapor recovery, gasoline, diesel, LPG, Hydrogen and CNG; swivels, breakaways, valves and fittings; underground and aboveground storage tank equipment, spill containers, overfill prevention devices, secondary containment sumps and flexible piping; tank gauging equipment and automated fuel management systems.
