"We are extremely excited about this new partnership with CITGO," said Kevin Lott, vice president of operations at GasMart USA. "We already own or service more than 105 stations across the Midwest and are proud to expand our network with the CITGO brand."

As reported in a 21st Century Smoke/CSP Daily News Flash, the Centennial image and fresh service options are now available for fuel and convenience store customers with grand openings taking place June 2 through June 6, including in Batavia, Oswego and Montgomery, Ill.

"The wide range of community programs that CITGO supports through its corporate and refinery social responsibly efforts, as well as the commitment it makes to help its marketers fuel good in their own areas really resonated with us," Lott said. "We had locations that needed an upgrade and CITGO has brightened up each of these newly converted stations into a clean new site that is inviting to the community and will help our business succeed."

Overland Park, Kansas-based GasMart USA has more than 105 gas stations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin under the BP, Cenex, Conoco, ConocoPhillips, Growmark, Marathon, Phillips 66, Sinclair and Valero brands, as well as the recently added CITGO brand.

CITGO marketers and retailers in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana, including GasMart USA, own more than 700 CITGO gas stations and convenience stores. There are approximately 6,000 CITGO-branded stations in the United States.

CITGO, based in Houston, is a refiner, transporter and marketer of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. The company is owned by PDV America Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Petroleos de Venezuela SA, the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
