Joe Mirabito will assume the position of chief executive officer of Mirabito Holdings and focus his efforts on business development and strategic initiatives of the company.
Jerry Canny will be named president and chief financial officer of Mirabito Holdings and will be responsible for the profitability and [image-nocss] overall performance of the company.
Richard Mirabito will become the chief operating officer for Mirabito Holdings and will be responsible for the daily operations of the company.
The Mirabito Fuel Group, headquartered in Binghamton, N.Y., offers a variety of products including heating oil, propane, natural gas, coal, gasoline, diesel fuels, kerosene and lubricants. In addition to being an energy provider, Mirabito owns and operates more than 50 Quickway Food Stores throughout central New York. Most of the Quickway stations offer Mobil- , CITGO- and Valero-branded fuel, and some offer unbranded fuel.
