OPW Introduces Organizational Changes

Streamlining of business units creates new positions
CINCINNATI -- OPW Fueling Components president David Crouse said the company has made several strategic organizational changes to align OPW's resources to further enhance the organization's ability to provide its customers with industry-leading solutions. A component of this change is the streamlining of OPW's six business unit structure into three.

The three units are:
OPW Fueling Components (OPW FC): Aboveground products including dispensing hardware, aboveground storage tank equipment and Stage II vapor recovery equipment, CleanEnergy fueling products and Richards' [image-nocss] products. OPW Fueling Containment Systems (OPW FCS): below-ground product lines including piping and containment systems and underground storage tank equipment. OPW Fuel Management Systems (OPW FMS): Electronic systems including tank gauges and fuel control systems. "OPW's worldwide initiative on our Leading the Way in Fueling Innovation has resulted in the creation of several new positions within our company," said Crouse. "I am pleased to have filled three of the four positions with internal candidates. Rahul Deshmukh, Jim Walton and Eric Riffle will all be taking on new roles and responsibilities. Keith Moye is new to OPW and comes with a superb skill set that is complementary to where we are going as a company."

Deshmukh has been appointed general manager of OPW FC Cincinnati; Walton has been appointed vice president of regulatory affairs; Riffle has been appointed director of engineering of OPW FC, and in this new role, he will also be responsible for leading and investing in growth of the OPW Engineering Design Center in India; and Moye has joined OPW as vice president of sales and marketing for the OPW FC and OPW FCS products.

"I am confident that these changes will benefit our customers through better resource alignment around new product development and enhanced service to our customers and channel partners worldwide. Leadership through innovation, customer-centricity and global expansion has been core to our long-range strategy for the past 20 years," Crouse added. "It is our intention to further accelerate our success in these areas by leveraging our considerable strengths."

Deshmukh said, "This is a critical step towards our 'One Company' strategy. This change will help us standardize on engineering best practices across all product families in Cincinnati. I am confident that this will position us for responding rapidly and effectively to changing customer needs in the marketplace."

Cincinnati-based OPW Fueling Components is the global leader in dispensing products, environmental systems, secondarily contained fuel delivery systems, fuel management systems and clean energy fueling products, including dispensing nozzles for vapor recovery, gasoline, diesel, LPG, Hydrogen and CNG; swivels, breakaways, valves and fittings; underground and aboveground storage tank equipment, spill containers, overfill prevention devices, secondary containment sumps and flexible piping; tank gauging equipment and automated fuel management systems.
