5 Points Per Gallon Promotion Back at Pilot

Offer lets drivers earn points faster, convenience-store chain says

For June, Pilot Travel Centers is bringing back its 5 Points Per Gallon promotion through a new accelerated program, PushForPoints Fast Track, that offers more and quicker rewards in the myRewards Plus app.

Typically, the company’s maximum offering is four points per gallon after eight qualifying fills of 50 gallons of diesel or more.

“For June only, this offer has been bumped to five points per gallon after only four qualifying fills of 50 gallons—allowing drivers to earn points faster,” the Knoxville, Tennessee-based company said.

Founded in 1958, Pilot is a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Omaha, Nebraska, and employs approximately 30,000 team members. As the largest network of travel centers, Pilot has more than 870 locations in 44 states and six Canadian provinces, serving an average of 1.3 million customers per day, it said. In addition to travel center services, Pilot offers trucking fleets a variety of solutions for fuel, credit, factoring, maintenance and rewards. The company operates the third largest fuel tanker fleet in North America and supplies approximately 15 billion gallons of fuel per year.
