HOUSTON — D&H United Fueling Solutions (D&H United), a supplier of fuel system equipment, installation and services in the Southwest, has acquired Valley Tank Testing. The acquisition broadens D&H United’s compliance services offerings while providing Valley Tank Testing with additional repair and project services capabilities.
Valley Tank Testing was founded in 2004 in Houston by PJ Kane and Brian Berkle, both of whom have years of experience in environmental compliance, maintenance and repairs. The company has grown to provide a complete suite of underground storage tank (UST) and above-ground storage tank (AST) system testing and inspection services from Florida to Arizona, doing business in more than 30 states across the country.
Valley Tank Testing will operate as a separate standalone division of D&H United, allowing both companies to broaden their services offerings to their customers.

D&H United Fueling Solutions, based in Houston, is an essential infrastructure business and a supplier of fuel system equipment, installation and service in the Southwest. The company has 400 employees and is an authorized distributor and service provider for Gilbarco Veeder-Root as well as other major equipment brands.
Valley Tank Testing, based in Apollo Beach, Fla., was established in January 2004. The company now covers UST and AST system testing, maintenance and repairs in more than 30 states.
