GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Gilbarco Veeder-Root is introducing its latest platform for retail management and control, Insite360. It is a cloud-based services platform, which will allow retailers to monitor, configure and control all of their Gilbarco Veeder-Root systems at multiple sites from one remote web dashboard. With Insite360, retailers can monitor any Gilbarco Veeder-Root system at any site, anytime and anywhere, on a site-by-site basis or enterprise-wide.

The first two modules to be launched as part of Insite360 are Veeder-Root Fuel Management and Gilbarco Passport Remote Manager. The Fuel Management module enables retailers to receive alerts and act immediately on alarms and compliance information, obtain inventory and delivery information and access site history and analytics. The module also allows remote setup and troubleshooting of networked automatic tank gauges, which can also be remotely backed up and restored, reducing service calls and downtime.
The second module, Passport Remote Manager, offers control over all Passport locations, allowing retailers to send configuration data to individual sites or to multiple sites simultaneously. From changing fuel prices, setting up speed keys, editing receipt headers and footers and more, retailers can remotely manage Passport with a few clicks, in a secure environment. Insite360 also allows reports to be downloaded to a central office.
Gilbarco Veeder-Root will be introducing future modules to Insite360, bringing together into one interface monitoring and controls for all aspects of both the forecourt as well as the convenience store. The full suite of modules will be Fuel, Compliance, ATG, Passport, Encore, Forecourt Media and Merchandising, including general goods and lottery and DOMS/POSTEC Forecourt Controllers and DOMS SiteInfo.
