OPW Names President of Business Unit

Carlin to head up Fuel Management Systems

CINCINNATI -- OPW Fueling Components, a provider of commercial and retail fueling equipment, said that it has named Phil Carlin president of its OPW Fuel Management Systems Inc. business unit. He will replace David Crouse, who was recently promoted to president of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, another Dover Co.

OPW Fuel Management Systems, Hodgkins, Ill., specializes in the design and manufacture of tank gauges, tank level monitors; tank, sump and monitoring well gauges and sensors and systems for liquid level monitoring & leak detection, and automated [image-nocss] fuel control systems. OPW-FMS is a business unit of OPW Fueling Components.

Carlin has held the position of vice president, sales and marketing at OPW Fueling Components since 2000.

[Carlin] is assuming the helm of OPW Fuel Management Systems with a strong management team in position and a pipeline of new products in development, said Craig McNeill, president OPW Fueling Components.

OPW currently has five business units, which include OPW Fueling Containment Systems, OPW Dispensing Products, OPW Environmental Systems, OPW Fuel Management Systems and OPW Clean Energy Fueling Products.

OPW Fueling Components manufactures dispensing products, environmental systems, fuel management systems and clean energy fueling products, including dispensing nozzles for vapor recovery, gasoline, diesel, LPG, Hydrogen and CNG; swivels, breakaways, valves and fittings; underground and aboveground storage tank equipment, spill containers, overfill prevention devices, secondary containment sumps and flexible piping; tank gauging equipment and automated fuel management systems.
