RALEIGH, N.C. — Circle K has rolled out a variety of cannabidiol (CBD) products in its Coastal Carolinas Division through a partnership with CBD manufacturer Ignite International Brands.

The products include two varieties of CBD gummies, two CBD sport creams, three CBD essential oils and three CBD tinctures. They are now available behind the counters of more than 400 Circle K stores in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia for suggested retail prices ranging from $5.99 to $39.99.

"Ignite’s agreement with Circle K creates a lot of momentum for us and our CBD products because it makes our products more accessible to a wider range of customers," said Curtis Heffernan, president of Ignite International Brands. "We're excited to see where this agreement takes us, and we look forward to continuing to expand our presence in other divisions of Circle K in the future."

Based in Los Angeles, Ignite International Brands distributes CBD-infused gummies, drops, topicals, vape devices and more. It also sells a variety of THC-infused products such as prerolled cigarettes.

With more than 5,900 stores in the United States, Circle K is No. 2 on the Top 40 update to CSP’s 2019 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by number of retail outlets. CSP will release the complete 2020 list in June. Circle K’s Coastal Carolinas Division is based in Raleigh, N.C. The chain is a division of Laval, Quebec-based Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.
