Circle K on Fanbana Bandwagon

Orders 10,000 units for Latino promotion

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -- Collectible Concepts Group Inc. and BanaHoldings USA Inc., joint owners of BanaUSA, announced that they have received an order to make 10,000 promotional Fanbanas for Circle K stores.

The 10,000-piece order was awarded to Freestyle Marketing of Scottsdale, Ariz. The Fanbanas are part of a regional promotional campaign focused on the Latino market.

Fanbanas are a recoiling messaging medium with ergonomic curved handles at each end. The fan can pull it opens and let it recoil. It can feature any designlogos, maps, [image-nocss] illustrations, games and other opportunities, the company said. It can be used at a sporting event, musical event, as a map, an invitation, a brand launch, a sponsorship medium, a souvenir, at any event, as a marketing tool or as an education tool. It is also a collectable, reusable item for any age group.

Doylestown, Pa.-based Collectible Concepts Group develops and markets licensed entertainment, sports, and music collectible merchandise for specialty, mass retail and online distribution. Licenses include The Three Stooges, more than 25 colleges and universities, the National Football League, the National Basketball League and others.
