RBG Forges Deal With New Group

Will offer AACSA vendor rebate administration, marketing programs, promotion management

HINSDALE, Ill. -- Royal Buying Group Inc. (RBG) has signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with the Asian American Convenience Stores Association (AACSA) to provide merchandising and marketing services to their membership.

This agreement will allow RBG to provide convenience retailing services to all AACSA members in the form of vendor rebate administration, marketing programs and promotion management.

The agreement was finalized at the recently held first-annual AACSA Convention & Trade Show in Tampa, Fla. Satya Shaw, president [image-nocss] of AACSA, said, We are excited to join forces with Royal Buying Group in order to help all of our members increase their sales volume and profitability.

Charlie Crist, Florida's Attorney General, was also on hand to give his support to this newly formed organization and to present a number of awards to AACSA board members and suppliers.

Michael Zielinski, president and CEO of RBG, said, RBG continues to build alliances with strategic organizations that will allow our successful growth in the convenience store industry. Our membership and AACSA's membership is a perfect match when we look at the current operators of convenience stores worldwide.

Tampa-based AACSA is an international industry trade association representing thousands of stores. It is an advocate for the convenience retailing industry, providing industry information, knowledge and connections to ensure the competitive viability of their members' businesses.
