S. Abraham & Sons Celebrates Convenience-Store Stars

Annual vendor exhibit, trade show will help "solve" retail needs

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- "SAS Celebrates the Stars of Convenience Retailing" is the theme for the 2015 S. Abraham & Sons (SAS) Vendor Exhibit & Trade Show.

DeVos Place Convention Center in Grand Rapids, Mich., the site of the 29th annual show, will host more than 150 booths, representing 238 manufacturers; 20 suppliers will represent 247 new items for SAS. Buyers will represent approximately 1,500 stores at this year's show.

The show opens on Thursday, February 26, at 9:00 a.m. for multi store owners and at 2:00 p.m. for all customers. The show continues on Friday, February 27. Both opening days will begin with breakfast for all attendees.

TinselTown Murder Mystery Dinner will be performing for Thursday evening's trade show entertainment. The evening will feature a three-course meal and throughout the dinner a professional murder mystery company will perform and interact with the audience. Guests will work together within their tables to "solve the crime." There will be prizes awarded throughout the evening.

At the SAS Convenience Store, guests will find all the props for sales, displays and merchandising ideas. Attractions include Hot Off The Grill, Show Time Popcorn, Champs Chicken, Alligator Ice, Piccadilly Circus, Beantown Coffee, Joe Coffee, F'Real Shakes and Fruit Ridge Farms sandwiches, salads and meals and more.
