S. Abraham & Sons to Host 34th Vendor Exhibit & Trade Show

Show to feature nearly 250 exhibitors, hundreds of new items

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — S. Abraham & Sons (SAS) will host its 34th Vendor Exhibit & Trade show on Feb. 27 and 28.

The show’s theme is “A Jackpot of Sales & Profits for Convenience Store Retailers,” and it will feature more than 245 exhibitors highlighting 368 new items and 29 new manufacturers in confection, snack, HBC, general merchandise, foodservice, automotive, tobacco and other tobacco products categories.

Multistore owners can attend the show from 9 a.m. to noon on Feb. 27, with the show continuing until 5 p.m. for all retailers. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 28 at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Mich. A “Viva Las Vegas” reception will be held the evening of Feb. 27.

New at the show this year in foodservice, Jonny Almond will feature a warmer merchandising program and will roast almonds in the c-store. A representative from Bunn will demonstrate its bean-to-cup coffee brewer. Also, new items including Not Your Nonna’s flat pizza from Ruiz Foods, David’s Cookies and Papa Primo’s pizza from Orion Foodservice will be featured, according to SAS. 

SAS will also host a fundraiser to benefit the American Heart Association at the event.

Grand Rapids-based S. Abraham & Sons is a convenience-store supplier serving retailers in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
