ROCKLAND, Mass. -- Convenience store retailer Tedeschi Food Shops, which implemented fresh produce program in August, has launched a new program that features multiple store deliveries each week to provide customers with a daily selection of the freshest fruits and vegetables. As part of that program, Tedeschi has expanded on the list of produce available in stores with new seasonal items.
The retailer said that the produce program has been a success.
Customers can find fall favorites such as apple cider, taffy apples and new Vermont Orchard apples as well as additions to the baked goods category with a cornucopia of muffins, cookies and loaf breads.
Tedeschi also offers an array of fresh pies during the holiday season.
And it offers a variety of festive decorative pieces including painted pumpkins, mini pumpkins, fall-colored flowers and dried floral bouquets.
Established in 1923 in Rockland, Mass., Tedeschi Food Shops is a family-owned and -operated convenience store chain with more than $600 million in annual revenue. The company operates 191 locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. It offers a family of proprietary brands that includes TD's Deli and Tedeschi Fresh Foods, Tedeschi Select and Tedeschi Fuel.
