Onvo has entered into a distribution agreement with Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company. Under this new agreement, the distributor will serve as the regional supplier for Onvo convenience stores in the Pennsylvania and New York markets.

For more than three decades, Onvo has served motorists with a diverse portfolio of hospitality businesses, including travel plazas. In 2020, the Scranton, Pennsylvania-based chain—then known as Liberty Travel Plazas—rebranded and became Onvo.

  • Onvo is No. 162 on CSP’s 2025 Top 202 ranking of U.S. convenience-store chains by store count.

“This partnership exemplifies our commitment to helping Onvo strengthen its presence across existing and new markets,” said Mike Gould, president of Core-Mark-Scranton.

By leveraging Core-Mark’s expertise and resources, Onvo is well-positioned to extend its regional reach and enhance its ability to meet the changing needs of the communities it supports, the companies said.

“We believe Core-Mark is well positioned to support Onvo’s long-term success. Together, we aim to build a strong partnership focused on expanding our reach, streamlining operations and delivering top-tier service to our locations so we can best serve our customers,” said Harman Aulakh, vice president of marketing at Onvo.

Westlake, Texas-based Core-Mark offers a full range of products, marketing programs and technology solutions to approximately 50,000 customer locations in the United States and Canada through 37 distribution centers. It services traditional convenience-store retailers, grocery stores, drug stores, big-box stores and supercenters, liquor stores and other specialty and small-format stores that carry convenience products.

Performance Food Group, Richmond, Virginia, is one of the largest food and foodservice distribution companies in North America, with more than 150 locations. PFG and its family of companies market and deliver food and related products to more than 300,000 locations including independent and chain restaurants; businesses, schools and healthcare facilities; vending and office coffee service distributors; and big box retailers, theaters and convenience stores.

Onvo operates a network of approximately 40 c-stores, travel plazas and gas stations, as well as restaurants and hotels and a petroleum distribution company that supports businesses across the region.
