The phrase “cult following” comes to mind when describing La Crosse, Wis.-based Kwik Trip’s novelty beverage offerings. Besides its portfolio of hot and cold dispensed drinks, fans can’t stop shouting out the chain’s limited-edition items, such as its packaged Nature’s Touch Root Beer Milk.
To promote its Karuba Gold coffee beverages, Kwik Trip stores regularly host happy hours from 3 to 7 p.m., where guests can get a beverage for 99 cents. Last summer, the c-store added Karuba Gold Cold Brew to its cafe lineup.
