At CSP/Winsight’s latest Hot Dispensed Beverage Forum, honey-flavored drinks were named as a foremost coffee trend to watch, as more coffee lovers gravitate toward natural sweeteners. Peet’s Coffee & Tea is already on board with this trend with a new line of specialty coffees featuring honey.
The honey-accented LTOs include Honey Macchiato (a hot or iced espresso-based latte macchiato mixed with honey syrup and steamed foam), Honey Cortada (double shot of espresso, honey and cinnamon) and Honey Matcha Tea Latte (matcha with honey syrup).
