Not to be outdone, c-stores such as Kum & Go, Kwik Trip, Rutter’s Farm Stores, Wawa and Sheetz have also rolled out cold-brew coffee in traditional and customizable flavors.

Wawa offers a traditional cold brew, as well as a pumpkin spice cold brew for the fall season. Treating cold brew more like a latte, the c-store chain offers a range of sweetened cold-brew options, including sweet cream, creme brulee, French vanilla, mocha mint, mocha and caramel flavors.

“Keeping up with consumer trends and customer demand has been part of Wawa’s culture since the very beginning,” said Mike Sherlock, chief fresh food & beverage officer for Wawa, Wawa, Pa., at the time of the launch. “So it was only natural for us to make this new, delicious addition to our growing list of handcrafted specialty beverages.”
