Eby-Brown Recruits Three Senior-Level Sales, Marketing Executives

Additions will enhance c-store distributor's 'bench strength'

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Eby-Brown Co. LLC has added three new sales and marketing executives who will enhance the company's bench strength for growth in the convenience-store distribution and foodservice markets.

“The addition of Scott Kolat, senior vice president of business development, Paul Pierce, vice president of national accounts, and Christina Dokos, vice president of marketing and communications, brings three accomplished leaders with extensive experience and intimate knowledge of the sales and marketing disciplines, all of which we will leverage as we continue to grow our organization,” said Thomas Wake, co-president of Eby-Brown.

Kolat brings more than 25 years of experience in the foodservice industry, most recently with US Foods, where he served as director of sales deployment and was responsible for the integration of sales, category management and deployment.

Pierce has more than 30 years of experience ranging from consulting in the foodservice industry to serving as a vice president for 7-Eleven, where he led fresh food services. He also served as vice president of marketing at Delek US.

Dokos has spent the past 25 years of her career in consulting and as a CMO and senior vice president for Fiserv and Accretive Health, and she has been responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing, branding and communication strategies.
