Dobrient promoted to GM wholesale marketing

DALLAS -- Alon USA Energy Inc. said that Kyle McKeen, the company's vice president of marketing, has resigned to pursue another career opportunity. His resignation is effective October 15.

Judge Dobrient, who heads the company's unbranded fuel marketing, has been promoted to general manager of wholesale marketing and will assume McKeen's responsibilities. Dobrient will report to Jeff Morris, the company's president and CEO.

We wish Kyle tremendous success in his new endeavor. But more importantly, we are appreciative that he has [image-nocss] built a solid team from which we can promote his successor. Judge has worked with Kyle for a number of years and has made significant contributions to the marketing organization. We are pleased to reward this internal candidate with additional responsibilities," said Jeff Morris.

Dobrient has been associated with Dallas-based Alon USA since August 2000 as manager of unbranded marketing. He has more than 16 years of marketing experience, the last 10 with the FINA brand.
