SC Fuels Names Frazier to Wholesale Bulk Post

Returns to company from rack marketing business

ORANGE, Calif. -- Frank P. Greinke, CEO of SC Fuels, has announced the appointment of John Frazier as president of its Wholesale Bulk Division. Frazier, 42, will assume the new post April 1.

He joins division leaders Pat Barnecut, vice president of supply and marketing, and Jan Miller, who was recently named vice president of marketing.

Barnecut, 50, and Miller, 38, are industry veterans who have each been with SC Fuels for more than a decade. Frazier is returning to SC Fuels, where he previously served as vice president of marketing. [image-nocss] He returns to SC Fuels from the position of marketing manager for MIECO, a rack marketing business that operates 15 terminals. He began his oil industry career while he was a student at Arizona State University in 1984. After graduating in 1985, he worked for a number of oil companies, including holding the position as a manager in marketing and supply for SC Fuels.

Established in 1930 as Southern Counties Oil Co., SC Fuels is a major petroleum distributor on the West Coast. Serving more than 35,000 customers annually, SC Fuels delivers commercial bulk fuels, wholesale branded fuels and alternative fuels. It also is a provider of commercial cardlocks, automated fuel purchasing and management systems used by customers in the transportation industry.

With gasoline and cardlock locations throughout Southern California and 185,000 sites nationwide.

The company also provides mobile onsite fueling services designed to save customers time and money by directly fueling customer vehicles and equipment onsite during off-use hours.
