WASHINGTON -- SIGMA has elected Tom Gresham as president, the fuel marketers association has announced.
Gresham is president and CEO of Double Quick Inc., a chain of nearly 50 convenience stores based in Indianola, Miss.
Previously, Gresham was SIGMA first vice president and chairman of the SIGMA Legislative Committee.
He is past president and board member of the Mississippi Delta Community College Foundation, past chairman of the Mississippi Economic Council, member of the Delta Council board of directors, and member and past president of the Indianola Rotary Club. Additionally, he is past president of the Indianola Educational Foundation, past president of the Indianola Chamber of Commerce, and past president of the Mid-Delta Arts Association.

Founded as the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America, SIGMA is a national trade association representing fuel marketers and convenience store chain retailers in the United States and Canada. Its approximately 260 corporate members command more than 40% of the petroleum retail market, selling approximately 75 billion gallons of motor fuel each year.
