ADD Systems Among Best Places to Work in New Jersey

Award shared with QuickChek, New York Jets and others

FLANDERS, N.J. -- ADD Systems was named to the 2018 list of Best Places to Work in New Jersey.

The award program “recognizes and honors the state’s top employers who show a dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life,” according to NJBIZ, the Somerset, N.J.-based weekly business-news source that hosts the awards.

Among medium-sized companies, those with 50 to 249 employees, ADD Systems placed No. 27 on the list of best places to work in the state.

“ADD Systems, at its core, is a family business with family values. ADD is successful because of our attention to relationships, and one of the most important relationships we have is with our employees,” said Gale Bott, secretary and treasurer of ADD Systems and wife of founder Bruce Bott. “We are honored, not only by this award, but by the commitment from our employee family every day.”

“In my 40 years at ADD Systems, we’ve worked very hard to create a work environment where everyone feels valued, and part of a family,” said Rob Culbertson, senior vice president and chief operating officer. “Our dedication to our employees is reflected in our employees’ dedication to providing the best products and service to our clients.”

ADD Systems shares this distinction with other New Jersey-based companies, such as convenience-store chain QuickChek, the New York Jets, AmeriHealth New Jersey and iCims.

Since 1973, Flanders, N.J.-based ADD Systems has been a provider of software for the petroleum, propane, gasoline and convenience-store industries.
