Easy Trip Lifts Off With Help From OpenStore by GasBuddy

Implements digital marketing platform that includes mobile app, site-specific websites

SEVEN HILLS, Ohio -- Easy Trip, a regional chain of gasoline convenience stores, has implemented new technology from OpenStore by GasBuddy that includes a free mobile app, store-specific websites and exclusive deals and offers made available via these new mediums.

"Easy Trip is expanding quickly and engaging our customers with technology that is really exciting and fun," said Frank White, director of marketing. "We want to lead our stores into new opportunities with new tools and technologies."

The personalized and store-specific website for each Easy Trip location is an attractive method to display current gasoline prices, showcase in-store deals and send exclusive offers to customers via their mobile phones, the retailer said.

Easy Trip, based in Seven Hills, Ohio, currently supplies petroleum products to 92 retail locations, including 68 company-operated stores, 17 of which are ampm franchise stores, and 24 contract dealer locations. EasyTrip Stores are found in Cleveland, Mansfield and Pittsburgh areas. Easy Trip stores offer BP or Marathon branded gasoline, and all Easy Trip C-stores provide terrific people, food, drinks, snacks, fuel and more.

Owned and operated by EZ Energy USA Inc., Easy Trip said that it has an acquisition-based growth strategy and aggressive expansion plans.
