RICHMOND, Va. -- GPM Investments LLC has deployed a range of category management tools from JDA Software to manage its company-operated convenience stores.
JDA Software has quadrupled the number of planograms it can support and can now create store-specific planograms. Further, JDA allows GPM to provide planograms for products and stores without relying on vendors. GPM can also create, maintain and support multiple versions for each of their stores. The implementation of JDA’s took 14 weeks to complete.
GPM is using the following programs to create store-specific shelf plans:

- JDA Floor Planning Plus
- JDA Category Knowledge Base
- JDA Planogram Converter
- JDA Open Access Mobile
- JDA Web Publisher
