Enhances both web platform, mobile app

SiteIQ Analytics is a new feature that lets retailers know what's happening (and not happening) in all of their stores, providing a visual impression of the retailers' activities. Analytics include profile item updates, site visits, Captures and tasks, which are critical for achieving and maintaining site data accuracy and improving execution.

Site Check-Ins compiled from GSPSurveyor Mobile provide insight into how much attention a retailer's team is giving to the stores, which can also directly correlate to key sales and customer data. The new Tasks functionality streamlines execution and enables retailers to create, assign and manage store-level tasks all in one place. Tasks can be created at the site level, or for all sites at once--including specific user assignments and due dates--and tracked from a user-friendly portal.

"GSPSurveyor's new SiteIQ analytics will help retailers see the impact that store visits and accurate data have on their bottom line when comparing specific store locations," said Kevin Farley, GSP's vice president of marketing and technology. "Our mobile app site Check-Ins will provide unparalleled site-specific understanding across the entire organization and help retailers get more things done. The enhanced polling technology provides more flexibility and enables faster customization of online surveys making it easier for retailers to monitor and maintain site specific data."

The new version of the GSPSurveyor Mobile app is available for download from the Android Google Play and iOS App Stores.
