Honey Farms Rolls Out Mobile App With OpenStore by GasBuddy

Showcases in-store promotions, gas prices, locations, more

WORCESTER, Mass. -- Honey Farms Inc., with 36 convenience store locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, has rolled out OpenStore and is offering the free Honey Farms Inc. mobile application.

The app showcases in-store promotions, updated gasoline prices, locations and more. Customers can send feedback from their mobile phone and receive time-sensitive electronic mobile coupons.

"As a small-chain owner it is nearly impossible to harness the in-house expertise to deliver a modern-day loyalty, social media and mobile initiative. By partnering with OpenStore, it allowed us to deliver a quality across the board solution for our customers through their easy to use dashboard," said David Murdock, executive vice president of Honey Farms. "OpenStore allows us to now communicate directly with our customers. We can see what our customers need and want, and now have the ability to quickly react to those changing needs."

Jason Toews, co-founder and CEO of OpenStore by GasBuddy, said, "We help our clients identify new opportunities, make choices between those opportunities and optimize their customer experiences to attain and sustain market leadership. OpenStore is a complete turnkey social technology solution that will support Honey Farms Inc.'s strategies to reach its customers with targeted marketing and powerful messaging."
