ATLANTA -- Radiant Systems Inc. has forged an agreement with Martin & Bayley Inc. to deploy Radiant Point of Sale (POS) and related technology to 110 Huck's branded convenience retail locations across Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri and Tennessee.
"Our goal is to deliver a customer experience that is unique to Huck's Convenience Stores," said Charles Martin, vice chairman at Martin & Bayley, Carmi, Ill. "Radiant will help us deliver on that goal and provide us with a sound foundation for future retail offerings."
The Radiant solution includes Radiant POS software, P1550 [image-nocss] hardware terminals, S4600 site servers, Radiant Electronic Payment Controllers and Tiger Fuel Controllers. The Radiant solution will integrate to Martin & Bayley's PDI backoffice solution using the industry-standard PCATS-NAXML interface.
Key criteria in Martin & Bayley's selection of Radiant POS include Radiant's touch screen POS and customer self-service technologies, the solution's marketing capabilities and increasing speed of customer service. The new solution also gives the Martin & Bayley management team access to real-time sales data and the ability to establish a loyalty program.
Atlanta-based Radiant Systems is a provider of technology to the hospitality, retail and entertainment industries. Its POS hardware and software solutions have served more than 100,000 restaurants, retail stores, stadiums, parks, arenas, cinemas, convenience stores, fuel centers and other customer-service venues.
Martin & Bayley owns and operates 108 Huck's c-stores in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky and Tennessee.
