Scott Hill Makes Move to Cash Depot

ATM processor creates new role to focus on convenience store industry

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Scott Hill has accepted the newly created role of senior vice president of sales and marketing at ATM processor and provider Cash Depot.

Scott Hill makes move from Jack Link's to Cash Depot ATM processor to lead new focus on convenience stores.

Hill was the vice president of Jack Link’s Convenience & World Kitchen Sales for Link Snacks Inc. dba Jack Link’s Beef Jerky. There he gained experience in multiple classes of trade: club, convenience, dollar, drug, grocery, hardware, home, Internet and mass. He was promoted from director of national sales to vice president in January 2006, with World Kitchens added in November 2007.

Scott is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, Minn., where he obtained his masters in finance in 1997. He received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout in 1991.

Currently serving on the Supplier Board for the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) as a past chairman, Scott is also a member of the Warehouse Delivered Snack Committee of the American Wholesaler Marketers Association. He had also obtained the designation of Certified Credit Executive from the National Association of Credit Managers.

“I am excited to join the Cash Depot team,” Hill said. “We have a great company that is promoting customer-driven ATMs with grand success. [President] David Charles Sr. and company have a wonderful business model that we feel will present opportunities for multiple business platforms.”

He added, “Jack and Troy Link have been awesome to work with. I’ve had the pleasure to assist them and our teams in building their company into an industry snacking leader. We have had real fun over the past 13 years. Over those years, we grew Jack Link’s into a house hold name. Every flight I am on when wearing the brand, a comment is made about the Sasquatch ad campaign and how great our products are.”

Charles welcomed Hill to the Cash Depot team. “He knows our customer, our base and our industry segments better than anyone I’ve met,” Charles said. “He has the highest ethical and moral background, is a wonderful family man, and is well thought of throughout the convenience industry.

“Like the top-tier convenience stores, Cash Depot is a top-tier ATM processing provider, and with Scott on board, is now ready to expand, grow and succeed within the convenience industry. We know how to provide the highest level of service for your customers; we just needed Scott to help you get to know Cash Depot.”
