Tidel Engineering Announces Two New Hires

Atkinson new sales VP, Baehser new sales dir. for eastern U.S.

CARROLLTON, Texas -- Tidel Engineering LP, a provider of cash management systems and robbery prevention products, said that Jay Atkinson has joined the company as vice president of sales for the U.S. market.

Atkinson has spent the last 16 years in the armored car industry. He was most recently vice president and director of CashLINK for AT Systems, a subsidiary of Garda.

And Bob Baehser has joined Tidel as director of sales for the Eastern United States, the company said. He brings 15 years of experience in the cash logistics [image-nocss] industry to Tidel. He most recently served as vice president of Cache$ystem sales for Dunbar Armored.

Carrollton, Texas-based Tidel, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sentinel Technologies Inc. (a private holding company), has been a manufacturer of cash security equipment designed for specialty retail marketers since 1978. Tidel designs and manufactures products for cash security and robbery prevention, as well as retail cash management.
