Valero Corner Stores Completes 100th PriceAdvantage Implementation

All 1,000-plus stores to be completed by Q3 2012

SAN ANTONIO -- Valero Corner Stores has rolled out fuel price management solution PriceAdvantage to its 100th store in just under a month.

Corner Store is a network of more than 1,000 Valero company-owned U.S. retail fuel and convenience locations. All Corner Store locations are scheduled to implement PriceAdvantage by the end of summer.

PriceAdvantage is a retail fuel pricing solution for the convenience store industry, designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of a retailer's pricing process. PriceAdvantage provides automation for the entire fuel pricing process, from collection of competitive surveys, to efficient and detailed analysis for best price determination, to rapid speed-to-the-street price change execution. It offers the ability to change prices immediately at the point of sale, fuel pumps and electronic price signs from the centralized headquarters location with one click, creating a streamlined closed loop fuel pricing process.
