WaveCrest Adds Fuel-Based Loyalty

Digital payment provider enhances products with rewards program

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- WaveCrest Group has announced a fuel-rewards enhancement to its MyFare and MyChoice prepaid-card programs, providing cardholders a no-cost loyalty program that lets them save on gasoline purchases.

Cardholders earn fuel savings for purchases at participating grocery stores, restaurants, online merchants and Shell convenience stores, the company said. Cardholders can shop, dine and take advantage of reduced prices at the pump when they use their MasterCard at participating Shell gas stations.

Purchase, N.Y.-based MasterCard augments the core program with exclusive cardholder bonus offers valid at retailers across the nation. Cardholders can view current offers and track their fuel savings through the website, mobile app and text messaging.
