Atlantis Management Group (AMG) was established in 2006. It markets branded and unbranded motor fuel and convenience-store products in the northeastern United States.
In November 2017, AMG acquired Food Bag, a convenience-store chain and CITGO-branded petroleum marketer based in Kensington, Conn. The transaction included the purchase of more than 50 fee-simple sites and a transportation company, gaining AMG a spot on CSP’s Top 202 for the first time.
AMG has established co-branding relationships with retail companies such as Dunkin’ Brands and 7-Eleven. It is an authorized distributor or broker supplier for the Exxon, Mobil, BP, CITGO and Gulf brands.
