BFS Foods

BFS Cos. aims to provide “Better, Faster Service,” along with a wide variety of products, competitive pricing and monthly promotions, to customers of its BFS Foods stores.

The first BFS Foods convenience store opened in the early 1980s in Mt. Lake Park, Md. The company now has 68 BFS Foods locations and several liquor stores in West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Maryland. BFS Foods’ parent company is private, family-owned BFS Cos., which has been in business since 1974, starting as an agriculture business (Bruceton Farm Service) and expanding into bulk petroleum and convenience stores.

BFS Foods operates more than 80 branded quick-service restaurants within or alongside its stores, including Dairy Queen, Burger King, Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Huddle House, IHOP, Subway and Tim Hortons Cafe & Bake Shop.
