Diamond Oil, also known as Reliance Petroleum Holdings LLC, offers traditional convenience-store fare as well as a selection of fresh, hot and cold foods, and beverages for all dayparts.
The c-stores are in Florida, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. The retailer recently added coffee from local roaster Dignity Roasters to one of its sites, with plans to roll it out to several locations.
All stores are leased to independent operators and have a variety of names, including Diamond Oil, Kwik Sak and Shell. None is operated by the company, but Reliance Holdings has a buying group that allows operators to purchase merchandise for their stores.
Diamond Oil also is a fuel wholesaler and jobber, distributing fuel to more than 100 independent dealers.
