Empire Petroleum is a distributor of motor-fuel brands 76, BP, Chevron, Crown, ExxonMobil, Gulf, Marathon, Phillips 66, Shell, Sunoco, Texaco and Valero, as well as its own brand and image, Empire’s Fast Fuels. It distributes more than 1.2 billion gallons of motor-fuel products to more than 1,600 gas stations in 30 states and the District of Columbia.

The company started in 1998 as a fuel distributor for Getty in the Washington, D.C., area. While Empire Petroleum Partners’ focus has been on developing a national wholesale distribution network, acquisitions have turned it into a multi-regional retail operator. In September 2017, Empire Petroleum Partners closed on its purchase of 70 Corner Store c-store properties in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas from CST Brands as part of Alimentation Couche-Tard’s divestment deal to satisfy U.S. and Canadian regulators.
